Privacy Policy

This explains what Blowup HQ (operated by BizGuru Systems) collects, why, and what we do with it. Short version: we collect as little as we can, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

• Email address: when you join the waitlist or create an account.
• Plan and billing status: payment details are handled by our payment processor; we never see your card number.
• Niche preferences: the categories you pick so we can filter trends for you.
• Videos you upload for analysis: used only to produce your report and deleted after processing.
• Best Take videos: the video is put back together on your phone and never uploaded. Only its sound is sent, in pieces, to be written down so the best take of each line can be found. We keep a count of how many you have made and how long each video was, not the sound.
• TikTok data you authorize: if you sign in with TikTok, only the scopes you approve (basic profile, and your own video list if you allow it). We do not access your private messages or your followers' data.
• One cookie for partner links: if you arrive through a partner's link (blowuphq.com/?ref=name), a small cookie remembers that partner's name for 90 days so they get credit if you join. It holds nothing about you, and there are no ad or tracking cookies. Signing in also uses the cookies that keep you signed in.
• Partner details: if you apply to be a partner, your answers, how you want to be paid, and whether your tax form has arrived. Tax forms themselves are never stored in our database.
• Basic usage data: pages visited and errors, so the product works.

Trend data

The sounds, hashtags and counts shown in Blowup HQ come from two kinds of place: public trend pages that anyone can open (TokChart, HashtagRadar, TikTok Shop product pages), and TikTok's own Creative Center and Commercial Music Library, which we read with a TikTok account that belongs to us. They are aggregate figures about trends, not personal data about you or any individual. Nothing is read from your account unless you connect it yourself.

How we use it

To run the service, send you the emails you signed up for (welcome, trend digests, billing), and improve the product. We use GoHighLevel for email, Supabase for our database, Vercel for hosting, Anthropic's and Google's Gemini APIs to generate ideas and grade videos, and Deepgram to turn the sound of a Best Take video into words. Each of these processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't post to your TikTok without asking.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom. Disconnect TikTok from your TikTok settings at any time. Delete your account yourself from the Mine page: it erases your sign-in and everything tied to it on the spot, and cancels any subscription first. Purchase records stay, with your name and email removed, because tax law says keep them. Or email deece@blowuphq.com to see, correct, or delete anything; we'll do it within 30 days.
